Automation services · Catalogue 2026–27

I'm Karl, a finance professional in Ireland who is building his Power Automate skills one real process at a time. I set up small, well-documented automations inside the Microsoft 365 your business already pays for, so chasing, checking and copying happen without you.

How a project runs

From a free chat to a flow that runs itself

STEP 1

Free 30-minute call

We talk through the task that eats your week. I tell you plainly whether automation is a good fit, and roughly what tier it is.

STEP 2

Quick-win map

I look at your process and licences and send a one-page map of your best three automations, with fixed prices for each.

€149, taken off your first build

STEP 3

Build and test

I build in a demo tenant with sample data first, then set it up in your Microsoft 365 and test it with you on real cases.

Fixed price by tier

STEP 4

Handover and care

You get a plain-English guide, a walkthrough, and a support window. A monthly care plan is optional.

Pricing by complexity

Three tiers, priced by how much the flow has to do

Every automation in the catalogue already has a tier, so you see the price before we talk. Anything new gets a tier from the checklist below, and the price is fixed before I start.

Tier 1 · Quick win

€295 per flow

One job done on a schedule or a button: a reminder, a summary email, a message to the team.

  • One trigger, up to 3 standard connectors
  • Simple conditions, no approvals
  • Set up in your tenant within a week
  • One-page guide and 1 round of changes
  • 14 days of fixes after go-live

Example: a monthly aged-debtors summary in the owner's inbox.

Tier 2 · Workflow

€695 per flow

A flow that makes decisions: imports a file, asks someone to approve, escalates when nobody answers.

  • Approvals, branches and escalation steps
  • File imports with an Office Script
  • Error handling that tells you when a run fails
  • Guide, 30-minute walkthrough, 2 rounds of changes
  • 30 days of fixes after go-live

Example: drop a bank CSV in a folder and get it reconciled, with duplicates skipped.

Tier 3 · Process suite

€1,950 from

A whole process made of connected flows, with a log, reminders, escalation and a weekly summary.

  • Process map agreed before the build
  • Up to 3 connected flows, then €450 per extra flow
  • SharePoint log so every step has a record
  • Runbook, handover session, 3 rounds of changes
  • 30 days of fixes, plus a 60-day check-in

Example: the weekly team confirmation suite (7 flows) on this page.

30% off

Founding client rate, for my first five clients

I'm still building my portfolio, and I'd rather say so. The first five businesses get 30% off any build. In return I ask for honest feedback and permission to write up the project as an anonymised case study, with no business name or figures unless you agree.

The pipeline

Automations I build and sell

Most of these pair with a KarlPilot Excel tool, so the spreadsheet is ready for the flow on day one. Each one shows how far along it is. Add any to your estimate.

DEMO BUILD being rebuilt from scratch in the KarlPilot demo tenant DESIGNED full spec written, built for your order IDEA on the roadmap, price is a guide

Ready-made suites

Flows that work better together

Order three or more catalogue flows and the whole order is 15% off. These are the groups I recommend most.

After go-live

Care plans

Flows can stop when a password changes, a file moves or Microsoft updates a connector. A care plan means someone is watching. Cancel any time.

Ground crew

€39 /month

Up to 5 flows. Monthly run-history check, fixes when something breaks, email replies within 2 working days.

Co-pilot

€99 /month

Up to 15 flows. Everything in Ground crew, plus up to 2 hours of small changes each month and a quarterly review call.

Pay yearly and get 2 months free.

Do it yourself

Flow kits

Prefer to build it yourself? Each kit is a step-by-step build guide for one Excel tool's flows, with the Office Scripts and sample data included.

Flow kit

€29 /tool

Build guide, scripts and test data for the flows that go with one Excel tool. Single business use.

Guided setup

€79

A 60-minute screen-share where we build your kit together in your own Microsoft 365.

The personal-finance flows (budgets, payday, debt and mortgage) are sold as kits only.

Good to know

Licences and small print

Do I need to buy anything from Microsoft?

Usually not. Most flows here use standard connectors, which come with Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium. Flows that run Office Scripts need a business plan that includes the Excel desktop and web apps. Receipt reading uses AI Builder, which is a paid add-on, and I flag that before you order.

Who owns the flows?

You do. Everything is built in your own Microsoft 365, under an account you control, and the guide shows how to change it later.

What does "Designed" mean?

The flow is fully written up: trigger, steps, Excel tables and error handling. I build it in my demo tenant with sample data, then move it into yours, so you're not the test.

What if my process is different?

Small differences such as column names or who gets the email are part of the price. Bigger changes move a flow up a tier, and I tell you that before starting.

How is my data handled?

Your data stays in your Microsoft 365. I work with a guest or temporary account you can switch off, and I use sample data wherever I can.

How do I pay?

Half when we agree the scope, half when the flow is live and you've tested it. Care plans are billed monthly or yearly.
